HAHAHAHAHAHAHA i'm done with my internship. And you know what? It's awesome. The graphics design company consists of four people. dingding, yishuan, P ing (pronounced P.E.....like phyisical education ah yih XD)and Leo, P.E's brother. I was using Leo's desk....MUAHAHAHHAHAHHAA. The office is terrific (was designed by my aun), but pretty small. It even has a little bar thingy on one side, where me, ding ding, and yishuan ate ripe mangos on a rainy afternoon : D.

The people there are so nice that i wished they gave me an ear bashing....instead, they asked if i wanted to watch transformers with them, being hte loner i am XD. All i did was read books, and talk... and did a few side projects. Oh, and think. They even instisted to pay for my lunch several times OTL. I wish i could do slave work to pay them back.

So more about the individuals members of element plus.

P.E: Fluent in english and chinese. Is a very very very weird yet cool lady. She's the one who told me to go somewhere i haven't been before and get lost. I'm often sent outside to do picture taking projects. (went to shimen
ding, taipei mainstation, and this puppet musuem, whihc was very very creepy. I was the only one in the musuem(in the display section), and was surrounded by theses hanging marionetes, handpuppets, and the fourth floor is just too creepy. It was painted dark red and had some ounimous lighting. I decided not to look on the 4th floor despite being a horror freak.)Apparently she moved from taiwan to US at the age of 15 and did not know how to speak any english. She survived, though. Doesn't plan to marry because marrige is all about compramise.She looks like the designer in the incredibles, too.

Dingding: Girl with short cropped hair and glasses. Very pretty, and had a completey differnt childhood compared to mine. Enjoys reading horror novels and manga (such as monster <3, 20th century boys) and recomended several very instresitng horror novels to me. She stopped reading and watching horror though, because she lives alone. I think i would stop reading horror if i lived alone, too.

Yishuan: Funny Person and equally nice as ding ding. Has a large tablet on her desk, in which i stare creepily at. Mad an extremely cool 3d calender in the shape of a rat. Mad lemon and honey water for me ;______;!!!!

I feel lucky XD, very lucky. No boring internship for me ~

I just realized something. Like, what will determine whether or not a person is a failure. Is it Nature, or Nuture? Should we view this from the biological approach or the learning? Well, in any perspective they're both blaming our parents. We either inherit looser genes (born losers, or some pysical mutation makes them losers) or we've been brought up that way. Now i'm fortunate that none of my parents are losers (at least i see no symptom), but i, myself, am one. I mean, if your practicly reduced to holding doors for guys and being treated as a janitor (or worse, some people say thank you to janitors), am i not branded as a loser?

Maybe there's this third factor involved.

I bet Mr. Hobbs would keel over and die if he realized i was using psychology like this.


My internship...how can i say this....I need a portfolio. Mr Reyes didn't teach us how to make one. OTL. And nothing i create is great. Oh, sure. After creating something i'll go "ohhh!! not bad". The next day, i'll declare it as a threat to the world and burn it before it could inflict any more damage or something. I often feel ashamed.

I've also realized that there are two types of people. The smart, and the stuipid. The smart people are people who have steady jobs. The stuipid people are the ones that purse adventures, fantasy, blah blah blah. Yes, i'm condeming all your favorite fantasy characters as stuipid. (excluding squall, of course, but i can't tell the difference between fantasy and reality anyways) I think i fall into the latter.

i am very sick right now. It started with throat pains, but then it ended up with sneezing, etc. In fact, i use up 2 packets of tissue each day, and i have an icepack on my forehead. (fever: 38 degrees). So please forgive me if i act very dead. I still need to study for mandarine test. (i finished my essay tough, and if i wrote the other half of my essay, it owuld have been way over the word limit 1500 >__<) well, good luck everybody with your exams, and plus oil.

OMG!! the exams were so hard....orz.....especially the art history test...and i studied like +6 hours on it

OUR ART HISTORY TEACHER LIED he said that the subject would mostly be on the renaisance till modern art. He didn't say anything about ancient egypt and i end up sort of getting mixed up with the stele of vultures andt he pallet of namar on my test. Orz. Sumerian art and egyptian art are very very different. D:

Okay. I'm going to tell you how i keep myself awake cramming for a test.

Tea. Doesn't matter how much you have. just make sure its 50 percent tea leaves and 50 percent water. then keep it int he fridge because cold drinks wake you up more than warm drinks. I wonder if you can die from overdose of tea. Perhaps the strong concentration of tea also kills braincells, andt his biological change will make you mentaly unstable and you start hearing and seeing things (schizophernia) or become socially withdrawn.


Mrs. Chen's secreat method: wet your hair <---that actually works, but you get a headache half of the time in cold days.

It’s been very very strange these days. I have weird dreams, not that they're unpleasant. One of my dreams consists of me, dressed in my usual attire with my bag slung over my shoulders. I was standing in the middle of a whole sea of shelves (like the ones you see in the lower school library) stuffed with old school classics that I loved to read but haven’t read for a long time. Like, Dicy's song and all these books I used to read in 4th/5th grade; Martin the Warrior, Red wall, Bridge to Teribethia. The ground was carpeted with an arabesque design, and the lighting was perfect. And then, suddenly I realize that my metal ruler was broken in two clean halves. That was so wtf. I wonder if the broken ruler meant anything, but I couldn’t find anything in the dreams interpretation books so I read about witchcraft instead.

Black Cat (THEY FINALLY MADE THE ANIMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YAHHHHHH. But Train's not emo after the 2nd epi or so. I wished he angst more. I thought Eve was cooler in the manga, too. But the ending animation made me laugh.....it was so......wtf, and the opening makes me happy.)Oh, my favorite characters is still the insane guy, Creed..: D
R.O.D- i've always liked the concept

Monster- is one of the most intense anime i've ever watched. there was one episode in which i thought the dude was going to get killed by johan every 3 minutes

Law of Ueki (its sorta old, but i find it rather funny the main character's pretty funny)

Ouran HOst club- is sorta old, but its still good for laughs


Rozen Maiden- its okay....i'm not too enthusiastic about it...but there was one part in which it used a dream as a metaphore and i thought that was awesome.

Today, my aunt from Thailand (this how you spell it?) came back, and bought me a handbag. I was awkwardly fascinated. awkward because I, Kathy Hsieh, is not a fan of handbags and was thinking to refuse her noble gift. Fascinated because the bag was completely made of metal. the first thought that crossed my mind was "OMG, I can kill someone with this". I suddenly started wondering whether or not Biscuit carried a metal hand bag too, and how useful this bag would be if I was stuck on an island. The flap of the bag was sharp enough to sharpen a pencil, and would prove useful when slicing a coconut. I have the evil purse of doom. I can conquer the world now.

Oh, it was also my grandma's birthday. We had cake, with alot of cream. (gets owned by cream...T____T) and my uncle kept shoving cake on my plate because he thought I was "too skinny". I hate cream. Our whole family hates cream. Wait.....no....just my mum, my bro, and me. Not sure about my dad, haven't meet and talked to him for two years. I think he liked cream or something....but my memory fails me. o_____O ah wells. *runs of to do random things like hw and draw*
